Thawing out

Every Spring as nature gently awakes, as the early flowers bloom and as everything around us comes back to life, we do too. As we are more able to stand still to feel what is around us, listening to the birds chirping and letting the warmer winds envelop our bodies, we slowly thaw just as the rivers do.

There is a sense of relief when we are able to stop and realise the distance we have travelled since. There is this emerging and overwhelming feeling of completeness in knowing that we’ve made it home, we’ve reached the shore. And for a moment we can stop running and start breathing, enjoying and being grateful for what surrounds us now.

And so, just as the winter storms have passed, these events you are facing will too. Let yourself become confident again and let this wind carry you, just to see where it will bring you. We cannot always see it, in fact not many of us even do once arrived, but Life will prevail and clarity will come bringing you hope, love and well-being.

Peace.
